What we need

The better the input data, the faster we can check compatibility and prepare the right solution.

  • VIN and vehicle details Add the make, model, year and market version so we know what car we are checking before we decode the VIN.
  • Clear plug photos Please add sharp photos of the seat mat connector. Phone photos are fine as long as the plug and wire colors are clearly visible.
  • Fault codes and diagnostics photos Paste the fault codes with their descriptions and, if possible, attach photos from the diagnostic computer screen.
